The HMO market has certainly changed for the better over the last 5 years, the standards are becoming incredible, so you really have to do something different to attract tenants. However the buy to let market is still rather neglected, so we are here to transform our housing market. We start with the key principle of design and ask ourselves; is this an attractive, comfortable and practical space to live?

This forms the foundation of our Investments whilst putting the customer first.
